Audio Transcription Service 

Rates start from £1.20 per audio minute for digital transcription services. Digital audio files can be accepted in DSS, WMA, MP3 and WAV/AIFF audio formats. For longer documents or regular clients, an hourly rate can be negotiated if preferred.

Copy Typing

From £10 per 1000 words (depending on clarity of copy provided). For longer documents or regular clients, an hourly rate can be negotiated if preferred. 

Check and Tidy Service

We also offer a 'check and tidy' service for articles, short stories, essays and other documents. In addition to correcting grammatical and spelling errors, we will also highlight any inconsistencies and will be happy to suggest edits to improve the flow of your document if required. We will provide you with a track changes copy of your document and also a clean copy of the amended version, so that you can chose to either accept each alteration individually or use the completed document.  From £10 per 1000 words depending on the level of editing required (documents must be typed and submitted in Word format).

Turnaround Time 

Transcription of audio files of up to 60 minutes, or copy typing of up to 5000 words, is normally completed in 48 hours or less (excluding weekends and bank holidays).  For longer documents, please contact us for an estimate of turnaround time.  If you require our next day, same day, or weekend/bank holiday service, please contact us for a quotation.
